Orders & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Every piece ships from our boutique in Brazil, carefully packed and sent with a tracked express courier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Australia usually takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Express tracked shipping to anywhere in Australia is free on every order, no minimum spend.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Orders under AUD 1,000 enter Australia with no import duty or GST to pay on delivery.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves Brazil, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Our pieces use Brazilian sizing. Every product page shows the Australian equivalent and body measurements in cm, and our Size Guide explains how to measure.
I’m between sizes. What should I do?
Tailored pieces have little stretch, so we usually recommend sizing up. Message us and we can measure the exact piece for you.
What size is the model wearing?
Our model wears size S (AU 8).
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Your first size exchange is on us: we cover your return postage (up to AUD 40) and send your new size free.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for full store credit, valid for 12 months. Items must be unworn with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
What if my item is faulty?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Payment & Products
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). What you see is what you pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Are the pieces lined?
Many of our tailored pieces are fully lined. Each product page tells you whether the piece is lined and how it fits.
Why do you have only a few pieces of each style?
We work in small batches, hand-picked in Brazil, so each style is limited and your wardrobe stays truly yours.
