We want you to love the way your Finezza piece fits. If it does not, here is how we make it right.
First exchange
On us
- Your first size exchange is free
- We refund your return postage to Brazil (up to AUD 40) and ship the new size free
- One free exchange per order
Returns
Change of mind
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Return postage paid by you
- Full store credit once we receive it, valid for 12 months
Faulty or incorrect
We make it right
- Send us a photo within 14 days
- Replacement or full refund
- In most cases, no need to send it back
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges and returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Further exchanges after the first one are subject to shipping costs.
- Sale items can be exchanged for size only.
- Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit. Faulty or incorrect items can be refunded.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the size you need.
- We send you the return address in Brazil and instructions.
- Post the item with tracking and send us the tracking number.
- For exchanges, we dispatch your new size as soon as your return is on its way. For returns, we issue your store credit once it arrives.
