Finezza Boutique (“we”, “us”) is a women’s fashion boutique based in Uberlândia, Brazil, selling to customers in Australia through finezzaboutique.com. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and Brazil’s LGPD.

Name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history, and messages you send us. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic browsing data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through cookies.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and tracking updates, answer questions, prevent fraud, and — only if you agree — send news and offers. We use analytics and advertising tools (Google and Meta) to understand how the site is used and to show relevant ads.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), couriers (DHL, FedEx and our shipping agent), our website host (Hostinger), email tools, and Google/Meta for analytics and advertising. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We never sell your personal information.
